About Northumberland Greyhound Rescue

Northumberland Greyhound Rescue is a registered charity run by volunteers.

We enthusiastically committed to re-homing ex-racing greyhounds. Please help us to help these wonderful dogs enjoy the life they deserve.

Northumberland Greyhound Rescue was originally started to help re-home greyhounds from independent 'flapping' tracks.

As welfare is improving and flapping tracks are now in the minority, most of our dogs are sourced from trainers at professional tracks throughout the North East.

Anyone who is considering re-homing a Greyhound can visit and walk the dogs – by prior arrangement on 07538 935608.
